Gale Nelson is the President & CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami. His professional career includes over 20 years of non-profit management and leadership experience. Since joining the BBBS team in July 2006, Gale has played a significant role in the growth and development of the agency’s mentoring and fund development programs. Prior to joining Big Brothers Big Sisters, Gale served as Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer at a moderate risk residential school for court adjudicated boys for twelve years. Gale is a highly effective public speaker and the consummate strategist. His faith and his family continue to keep him grounded in helping youth and families.
