Welcome back babes! I am really excited to welcome back Dr. Kat Vigo. Back. She’s back, baby. She is the founder of Painless Pregnancy–a physical therapy program that helps people in whatever stage of motherhood they’re in.


Dr. Kat’s journey to getting her doctorate in physical therapy was born from her own desire to help herself really, and the thought that if she was going to go through this painful experience, then certainly other women were as well. She needed to find a way to make pregnancy and everything afterwards more painless. So, Painless Pregnancy was born! 


Dr. Kat is no stranger to this show, and has given her expert advice on how to stay healthy pre, during, and post-pregnancy. Today we will be talking about why physical therapy should be available to every pregnant woman, how PT and movement has a direct correlation to your happiness, how movement can change your life, and then some day-to-day topics like bloating, posture, and mindset as game changers in your life post-pregnancy.
